Bonds are not revolving line of credit (you call death spiral). Bonds are not transferable to equity and are based on a coupon rate with a negative pledge over the assets which means hard assets cannot be sold without bond holder approval. So the the bond IM would have what the assets are and the plan for funding "use" as such there has been no mention of anything other than bonds.
