The market has been selling TMT for a long time since the race up to 87c, as it was aware that a placement was inevitable so the offloading process with bots occurred for an extended period.

In retrospect from the results of this placement they ended up not being able to secure there holdings that they were selling so hence they are back tracking trying to buy back on market.

After the 3B, and a week or two of churning and with an FA trigger via an announcement TMT will be unshackled as it is in the best interest for all to get the share price significantly higher.
