that's fine if you think its enough. But I don't think that is reasonable disclosure, especially they are raising over 20% of current outstanding shares. Normally, companies raising a large amount will mention specific projects, the amount allocated, and who are backing the placement. It has been 3 quarters after IPO, we only get very limited information, because the company never disclose any information that are not mandatory.
