    I understand the purpose of the hydro. But WHAT are the cost / benefit points. Can one say GNX will get double the $4 mill a year for giving peak power. So is the $500 mill build going to produce an extra $50 mill a year in revenue.

    There must be some numbers SOMEWHERE?
