I’ve usually got a rule not to buy a company management are selling, it was just the extent of the drop that got me in. Management were right probably having far greater insight to the threats they were facing than most retail investors. I’d feel more confident if they did buy, but like I said, it would be very easy for them to pump the price up & then dump, it wouldn’t be great for their reputation but would make them money. So I guess that implies a higher level of integrity than many small caps. Rexxar I broke a few of my rules too & just missed out on an .086 bid. We might get another chance under .10?
