I’m not an underground mining engineer but this is my knowledge from research. Block caving is a very very capital intensive excercise and is generally done on great heights of ore - up to 500m - look at northparkes mine, oyu tolgoi, carrapateena project or resolution - all good resources.
30m thickness is not going to justify the capex and is not suitable to block caving or sub level caving - will be done via long hole open stoping imo. Which is ok but it doesn’t allow for the volume extraction that caving does.
If you want any sort of volume ur probably building at least dual declines maybe more - a lot of capital on development. For 30m at a little over 1% at 400-500m depth and with nothing in between the NFP and surface I just can’t ever see that getting up. But that’s my opinion. And I think there’s plenty of high grade veins in the area that will help to add value and who knows what depth the NFP contact is down T20 way.. plenty of potential.
