Damm, it’s difficult to try remain positive-It’s funny, we should have learnt from the movies “Wall Street” & “Wolf of Wall Street” Wolf of Wall Street simply explains everything. White collar crime.
Anyway... a shareholder can submit an application to ASIC to remove a directors/s if:
1: the reason is justified
2: the application has sufficient support
ATM, Terence Clee is busy writting reports to ASIC explaining why 2 companies he is associated with are suspended from the ASX, I guess he’ll find time to respond re HDY soon.....We need to remember and accept that we ( retail shareholders) are only pawns playing in a big game, unfortunately our opinion rates like a drop in the ocean. I’m guessing if we combine all our shares retail shareholders may hold not more than 5-6% of total shares.
