I have a friend who is a S708 investor and he called to get an allocation.

cap raising for $3m at 3.5 c tk insto and s708s. and likely have $1m SPP as well. existing board expected to tip in a bit . approx 150k

funds will be used to: 1. improve current tech parameters of 40nm 2. work on 28nm array 3. cover upfront cost of LETI partnership exp . . noted 60% of exp is rebated by French government but we must fund upfront then claim back. 4. corporate costs of establishing commercial partnership which is on track for Q12019.

for mIne funds are beIng raIaed on the cheap but . . I trust this management team and with that trust their decisions on funding. in long run this will make minor difference when wbt acheive their goals.
