The proposed scheme of arrangement needs to be voted on by both companies. The date of the vote is mooted to be around December. As a shareholder you will need to vote around this time. If the vote goes to yes for an acceptance - around 18% Beadell shareholders have already indicated by way of announcement that they will vote yes - then Great Panther will issue shares accordingly.
