interesting thought. having worked in the oil industry in Gabon and Nigeria I think you have to have lived there to understand between neighbouring countries. I had a friend who was setting up some contracts in the Gambia and Syria Leone and the intrigues and sheer barefaced self-interest of the elites in these countries will be a great test of Woodsides ability. I trust (hope) they thought of this already.
