We should be very thankful that the BOD didnt sit on their tots and got on with business and acquire new assets. Even if they got some money and bans lifted, they still have to do the heavy lifting and theres still no guarantee those vic wells have any sizeable wealth so we could have been left empty per costs even if we won. An empty victory Hmm... we still havnt lost that case if Lakes decide to fight.

As long as they keep trying, i keep investing and who knows regardless of "inferred reserves" and all that, until you actually drill for real, you never know what you get. We could become a real player or just another thin supplier keeping the creditors at bay. We have to wait to see what our bags hold.
