the well flowed gas at commercial flow rates from my understanding of things, just off a DST..
so the idea that Alvares is a wildcat well is very much not the case
we have proven gas flow behind pipe, and for a very small spend, say $500,000 the well could be a commercial flowing well with some pretty nice reserves behind it.
rather than spend some 5 - 8 mill on a operator to drill a new well, a re entry and completion @ $500k on Alvares, with it being tested and perhaps perforated. that would be a nice month ahead!
