Why the hell weren't we doing this 12 months ago? This whole thing is a-backwards - one of the greatest shams I have ever seen. It's as though BAT management waited until their company was against the wall, projects delayed and potentially failing - before they decided to take it seriously. IMO if/when the project gets financed, Flanagan and the BAT Chairman must stand down immediately.
