What is reasonable CEO remuneration?, page-3

I only started this thread because I saw a lot of posts discussing this were being deleted because they were off topic for the thread they were on.

I realise this topic is a point of contention amongst posters.

I believe it should be discussed objectively. I am also in the camp that believes RM has been massively overpaid particularly when you consider the perilous state of the Axioms finances and the years of dilution of shareholdings that has taken place to fill his pay packet. I believe this is obscene and something all shareholders are not awake to.

What has puzzled me is how this level of remuneration has ever been voted in, I am interested in others thoughts on this.
I believe as shareholders we have this right, after all, he is employed by us.
