don't stress mate if someone told you last raise that next raise would be at 50 you would of taken it with both hands! should put a floor in the price at 50 cents! i think 5 million is a small amount, I dare say they could of got more then that pretty easily! this tells me they care about shareholders and dilution and are keen to increase shareprice before next raise! we have plenty of news due to churn through any loose hands and we also have vanadium pushIng through 22 dollars a pound!
