the capital raising with the stock price is a real concern especially with over 1billion issued stock.
Alarming that in Australia we are too complacent and comfortable issueing more stock for 'capital raising'
Too many listed companies have 'lifestyle staff'
I think it's forgotten that company Directors, management & staff have their jobs thanks to the shareholders
and I think this is often forgotten - I know of many examples but won't mention them.

Put raised capital into the ground to expand reserves and grades and reward employees with a good stock price.
Too may senior management in mining companies hold little or no stock due to their high salaries.
Guys...back yourselves and your work. show faith to other shareholders and share the risk.
