Every thread on every trading halt for a CR on every spec I've seen so far goes like this:
- "Cap raise. Was hoping this was for something different."
- General expressions of disappointment.
- "Maybe it's at a premium?"
- General expressions of hope; soon after confirmed it's not at a premium (never is; how would that work? Any interested investor would just buy on market instead)
- "Maybe it's for a partnership?"
- Turns out it's not for a partnership
- etc.
It is what it is. It will play out how it plays out. SP will drop. Dilution will happen. Won't recover until there's positive news.
In the meantime, here's something to ponder: 100,000 shares at today's price would cost you $4,500. For the same money, this CR would get you 128,257 shares. Let's say the price went to 40c/share. That extra 28,257 shares would net you $11,303
If the price went to $1, just those extra shares would be worth $28,257. The whole investment would be worth over $128,000.
I'm just pulling numbers out of the air, not making predictions about future value. Just pointing out that what looks like small dollars now between different prices can become very big dollars down the track.
