Yep I agree that a capital raising was on the cards, regardless of upcoming of exercise of 'in the money' options. I am not unhappy with this it, as it removes the uncertainty regarding our cash situation to progress the DFS, which the market does not like.
Would be great to see it go to a cornerstone investor. To take a solid holding in the company at market without driving the price right up is difficult with limited shares on issue. For this reason I really hope Ian has pushed for this on favourable terms with limited to no discount. Maybe I am dreaming, will wait and see.
