I am not a big holder and I don't profess to know the ins and outs of corporate governance but I am tired of machinations that screw the 'average' shareholder. I have been reading your comments and feel that there is a case to be made legally. I am prepared to vote my small holding but more significantly, I am prepared to contribute to a fighting fund to pursue this further. What I DON'T have is the organisational wherewithal. Are you up to it? Or does anyone know how to get it started?
