Darcy Super Fund 2Million shares, could this be the General Manager of Cooee Cuisine/Cooee Foods soon to be renamed Slow Cooked with the major shareholders being Parker, Taylor and Egan also at 21 Wells Road.

All the above is readily available from ASIC if you are prepared to do the research, lot more to the supposed share issue than meets the eye. How come related parties get shares at 0.01 when large investors who put hard cold cash up over the last 2-3 years have not been given the opportunity. Something NQR here.
