Well they could probably reduce expenses by comparing Dom's salary to some other companies, and paying him accordingly.

For example, Rushlan Kogan received a total pay packet of $542,340 in the 2018 fiscal year. And he received a short term bonus of $87,068 based on a number of company performance metrics. So he took home $629,408.

Kogan runs Kogan.com, which has a MC of $543 million, an MC 58 times bigger than CM8. So comparatively speaking should Dom's salary be 58 times less at $10,851? Obviously not, but comparing his salary to Kogan's makes for an interesting comparison imho, as both are running publicly listed companies.
