    No I would not think that Capital should apply in WA as that would mean having to construct an MRI Room and fund an new appliance with a slight chance of winning a licence. Therefore to participate could be very high risk.

    I think that Integral's Western Diagnostics have a better business case in the South Perth Area. If Capital already had a partial or unfunded MRI in WA then that would be fine but they dont. If you are co-located with specialists that is a big bonus and other potential sites rate higher especially those attached to the Private hospitals in WA .

    Tasmania is well catered for and Tasmania Radiology did a good job previously.

    In Victoria Capitol are grossly over-invested in MRI and grossly under-licenced and can take advantage and put 13 applications to upgrade medicare rebatability without any impact on working capital whatsoever and if I was in charge that's all I would do. All efforts should be retained here in Victoria and shareholders funds not wasted in WA on a greenfield site. If Capitol was to succeed in Victoria, that would be a massive step change in profitability with no capital expenditure and the EPS would increase significantly.
