Or you could say the contract awards is face saving to subdue potential bad vibes. Depends on how you want to look at it. I do think they should have made an announcement by now. The closer we get to Monday the less likely it gets, the risk is slowly getting priced back in. Dont think the retrace had anything to do with a potential index inclusion. I expect another extension which in the grand scheme of things is no big deal. Imo.
