They generally reply something like this:

"Thank you for the Report of Misconduct you lodged with ASIC on xxxx. We are currently making an assessment of the issues you have raised and will only contact you again if we require further information."

Then they normally file your complaint in the bin instead of actually doing their job as market regulator.
