I think the valuation is the offer - .086 cents.
Bit disappointed it didn't open closer. Pogo was bought for mid $350 million by NST, so I wouldn't be getting too excited. BDR that produces around $160,000 ounces a year in Brazil.
However, someone may come in with a cash component or another scrip offer. The exploration ground is valuable - but by how much?
