It’s the only explaination. No one could have read a press release that makes it clear a mining company has a very conditional funding machanim for some access roads and a power plant and concluded this means NAIF will fund a prawn farm.
The thing about the share market is that it neither creates nor destroys wealth. It simply transfers it.
