an appeal will of course cost a fair bit but one has to ask if that is the only alternative and best alternative. I believe it is.........somewhere along the line as this was surely not LKO hedging their bets on winning and costing us dearly. There appears to be some certainty in our Directors' minds and they should not stop now.
Some common sense might yet prevail..............timing of decision and length taken to come to this decision is questionable and let our lawyers ask the hard questions
