It would seem that it is a photo taken of a water surface during a full night,
and from the slow shutter speed and the shapes could either be fish just below the surface
or squid.
It can not be moths as moths do not fly straight,
If it were fish then the spine part would at the tail end would show more side to side blurr,
the only other thing is it could be prawns, but that is unlikly ,,
It can not be the sky as the illumination would not be formost at the front of the white,
but would more shimmer on the objects periferals
Some is one at least in the ball park @zipperlip ?

the problem was that made a batch of mead that was 23% proof
and sorta knocked ma soxs off
