    Responsible?.
Isreal acted according to prior rules of engagement that Russia is well aware of, and as I have pointed out, the last time they gave Russia ample warning, someone in the Russian camp passed this on to the Iranians and the assets that Israel wanted to target were moved.  Hence... little warning this time.  What did the Russians expect would happen to warning times given they were thwarting Israeli strikes by passing on de-confliction info.

There is no clear cut blame although so many want to apportion it to Israel as usual. Lucky no US craft involved or they would be the prime target.
The Syrians actually chose the targets and pulled the triggers shooting multiple barrages in ALL directions?
What of Russian responsibility for yet again putting advanced weaponry in the hands of those  ill-trained and ill-disciplined to used it?
What of Iranian responsibility for supplying arms to the region that have nothing to do with the Syrian war and are clearly there for use against Isreal/Saudi.
What of Assad responsibility for allowing Iran to do this?

It seems that too many people believe Russia/Iran/Hezbollah/Assad to be blameless and flawless in all things and want to blame others for everything.
This is a state of denial that I last saw on Outsiders in Ross Cameron.

Nope. blame it all on the Jews and the US as usual.  There is a global sh*t storm coming precisely because so many have such blinkered views.  Action. Reaction. And the shoves are getting bigger.
