Not necessarily! I've reported them to ASIC and to a reporter at ABC Four Corners - but they've told me to keep this underwraps - if you understand?
As shareholders we own almost 54% of Chapman's Ltd and are effectively it's owners.
We have the power to sack the poker-playing, jet-setting directors, Dunlop, Dykes, Monaghan etc and have them replaced.
We also have the power to call a vote about which companies Chapmans Ltd invest in.
I'm new to investing, so I'm learning (fast) as I go. have a look at my recent post CHP and read the attachment.
I have a feeling this will end up with shareholders seeking compensation through the courts, but we need to set up a site (which I'll look into) where all Chapmans shareholders can get together to organsise this.
Never give up hope.
