Am I missing something?

Does that not add up to a total of 259,159,355 shares to be issued, yet they say the placement was oversubscribed and was therefore  pared back to an issue limit of 194 m shares?  Alternatively put,  are we to be diluted by 194 m shares or 259,159,355 shares and if the latter, who gets the additional 65,159,355 shares?.
