    I don't believe that is the case....it is whether the expansion of the moratorium included LKO's existing permits. I spoke to Roland Sleeman about this and his preferred outcome was he would be happier with a small amount of compensation and be allowed to drill the Otway wells. At current estimates it could be worth up to $100 billion.
