Byteme's last post says it all. By the way I did make an error, I should have looked more carefully, in my yellow pages search there are no, repeat no, child care centres listed in the suburb of Toorak.
I believe rightly or wrongly ABS s/p has been oversold and it should be closer to $2+. How much more than $2 I dont know.
