His description of the third aspect of sovereign risk is also important and overlooked by people who refuse to invest in places like Myanmar. Australia has this aspect of sovereign risk in spades and it's even higher than developing countries in my view as it relates to red tape and the rule of law. So it's really a premium that MYL doesn't get credit for.
