The tenure of Australian CEOs averages about 5.5 years , how is she still the CEO and Managing Director look at investor returns , 11 years . Surely if she acted in the companies best interest she would step down . Very well paid whilst Investors return have been terrible . Why not a new CEO paid a lower salary with some attractive performance bonuses . It is Definitely worth a try , look at the chart whilst she has been CEO and Managing Director , what a disaster .
