I believe the company needs to put together asap a presentation that explains clearly and simply what the business model is and how it works.

It would be helpful to also know the size of the addressable market and any comparison to any competitors that may be providing a similar migration service (if any?).

Floate and Richards participated in rights issue and placement which is a positive sign. Floate for what would have to be a considerable amount given the large slice of the company is holding.

Lets hope the company under the new management is more transparent in the operations of the company as the lack of information given the history of the company can only lead to negative thoughts.
