This was a paid advertisement so not sure if it has any real substance, you can understand that these land owners would want to give it a go and mine their own land and keep all the profits, but I don't think they have any idea of what Chinese investments can do to them if it goes wrong, it may look rosy at start but can go seriously wrong if they cant repay their debt which can also be devastating to the Government as well.

There was a segment on 60 minutes a few months ago that was very scary on what can happen if the country can't pay the debt.
