If you read the article you'll see the proposition is for landowners to make millions of dollars by listing as a new company and selling shares but "without even extracting the soil (nickel)."

Just like AVQ, who do not look like extracting any soil at this point.

Now if I was a landowner that would be a potentially handsome proposition to jump to.... and again could this not the basis of the trading halt? We wait and see.
