    It's part of the accumulation that is occurring with Hills stock.

    Retail punters can't make trades like that, it is a bot, that is accumulating stock in tiny chunks while minimizing the price paid. Why the regulators allow this is beyond me.

    They are likely also the ones with the wall of shares on sale at .195 cents.

    Now watch as this miraculously disappears tomorrow after being mentioned on here.
