The thing is that at 100% downside and 300% upside, the market assume 75% chance of bankruptcy. But my experience with TGA (Thorn Group, owner of Radio Rental) is that Royal Commission / ASIC / Lawsuit etc comes and goes, but the nasty business of usury goes on. After all the noise, business will continue as usual with more probability than 25%.
