IMO I reckon figure 3 in the MZN announcement tends to correlate with what ghosta is saying about Patch 47 at ARV. I think we are starting to see some much better understanding of the mineralization.
That figure also shows a bit of the folding that is intense in many parts of the Pilbara, one of the attributes that makes that part of the world so visually stunning (particularly sunrise/sunset). The folding also makes it harder to continually follow the mineralization, even though the horizons are well understood, but likely results in these trap sites occurring like we are starting to see.
Still early days, but everything I am seeing being reported lately seems to be confirming the Pilbara wide deposition theory. As ghosta is saying, the surface expressions are going to be the easiest and most valuable initially, so companies with leases showing surface mineralization will be valued highest. Anything underground will likely follow on once any surface mining has been proven successful, but with much higher risk.
Obviously I am a believer, so I hold ARV, KAI, CDT and DEG for those reasons.
