I don't get the "selling shares to make a TO price cheap" argument. Where are these shares coming from? Shorts haven't moved that much.
This company ain't in the main indexes so there are no ETFs to lend them out. What large holder is selling so they can buy them back at a 50% premium?
I see a company that had a disappointing guidance being traded on current trend. I think its oversold and it will turn but it will need something to give it a kick.
