Another bidder likely

Would seem to me that a couple of things are likely in next 2 months.
1. Brierley will increase his bid price to 11 cents and will say that's it take it or I am going away;
2. Another bidder who is on better terms with Bouris will make a higher bid.

Bouris is a great small business mentor and has an excellent reputation. That said, part of being a good business person is knowing where your strengths lie. This company needs corporate advisory advice ASAP. Bouris should become non executive chair and take a nominal salary to preserve cash. Every thing needs to be focused on raising EPS.
