1. Please give details of posts by Rusty which are not truthful/factual.
2. AVQ is running on 3B's, and IMO this is a very poor way to run a company.
3. AVQ is basically out of money and in a very poor position, and "pending"
does not wash anymore.
4. Apart from 3B's, AVQ runs on hope, but its situation does not justify hope, because
(a) the management has never demonstrated the ability to get anything done.
(b) the management is profligate.
(c) the conditions for approving a ML for any tenement appear not to be met
as AVQ is technically insolvent
