So now you are saying the parties made false submissions to the Takeover panel.

I think you better get up to speed and read again before you get yourself into trouble here.

Below is the statement from the Takeover panel media release.

“Tracing notice responses by Sierra, Sierra Gold Pty Ltd, Trans Global and Rand contain material that, in the submissions made by those parties to the Panel, was and is false.”

This statement is saying that the information contained in the tracing notice responses is false not the information given to the Takeover panel.

First you say the corporate governance of the companies doesn’t exist and now you accuse the parties and company of providing false information to the TO panel. Treading on thin ice my friend. We have no idea of the circumstances around the completion of the responses to the tracing notices, who was giving advice, whose hands were involved. Remember the company is not Mr Billis and Mr Billis is not the company. Before you accuse the company of lying to the Takeover panel you better get your facts straight. I know you can get caught up in the excitement of running around with your torch and pitchfork but just be careful that you don’t get separated from the lynch mob and run down the wrong track by yourself and find yourself staring into the face of the Werewolf.
