Where did the share go

It’s been two weeks after the CR, we are yet to see the announcement of a change of substantial holders. I begin to wonder whom the management sold the shares to. The worst case is that the short sellers bought the shares to recover the short position, and they now have more ammo to further push down the price. As they sold the shares after subscription, there’s no change on net holding hence we are not seeing any updates on sub. If that is the case, then the management must be blamed to help the shorts to rip off the shareholders. I strongly encourage people who see the post to call their company secretary line 0396707264 to give the management a bit of pressure to disclose more details.
We saw a dramatic decrease on the short numbers on 11^th Sep from almost 20% to 16.22%, partially due to the dilution of new shares issued, but also partially due to short recovered. Who is holding the newly issued shares would become critical now.
