Hi poster cashmeout I got half the cost of your $0.63 a # due to me using lower input figures , however even at my $0.31 a # of Cu it is over twice the cost of power that the feasibility has of $0.14 a # of Cu
The differences I had are :
The 2.5mtpa plant was estimated to need 12MW so a 3 Mtpa plant would need (3/2.5) * 12 = 14.4MW not 19 MW
Rather than $300 a MWH I get $200 an hour
A diesel plant will use about 25o liters per MWH
250 * $0.7 Botswana cost = $175 an hour add $25 for oil and maintenance = $200 an hour

As you mention source of power hybrid /bunker fuel could lower /derisk the costs further
