    Hello chokdee

yesterday I read a bit in that GBE-Thread.

That made me rethink my investment in SVM.

I'm still very convinced on the fundamentals, but not willing to wait forever.

I respect that you are concerned about Malawi and the wellbeing of its people.

It just must be clear that any help from outside only can be effective if there is a somewhat stable & reliable system. Not even the chineese will put money into a country without a plan for a certain profit. Malawi gouvernment shouldnt destroy their chances. They better take enough taxes from the mining business and develop the country. Take taxes and provide reliable general conditions regarding law and infrastructure. Is this so difficult to comprehend ? Thats the way to make business which brings money to everyone. Much more money than the small bribes here and there.

Consequences for me & SVM: wait till next summer till DFS. Then there must be a progress or at least a CREDIBLE plan from gouvernment side about licencing. You vote every 4 years in Malawi ? If next gouvernment is obstructive again, I will for sure not wait another 4 years.

I hope you are not angry about my rather cold arguments.
