Not if the second derivative is also zero.
As per Newton's law, an object will remain in its state of inertia unless acted upon by a force.
With ID failing to deliver anything, we are well and truly in that state of inertia - we need a CEO that is capable of delivering what they plan to (and in a timely manner). Does ID actually have a plan?
