Understandably it's hard for long term holders to keep the emotions under control, with a roller coaster stock like this.

But let's look at this now things have cooled down a bit. The revenue from BHP was $0.6m, which includes (from the statement) the purchase of 6 new crushers. Now I don't have a Wescone catalogue in front of me, but i'd be surprised if you could buy a single crusher with much less than a $60-70K? worst casing it at $50k a pop, that's lost recurrent revenue of about $300k, not $600.

Also read the statement again - BHP look to be acting like, well, BHP. They've basically said we like your crushers but we're now going to go shopping for non-original parts and do it ourselves because you dared to try and give us a different commercial model. Not unusual for the Big ex-Australian.

Serena - VPR has 2 or 3 employees. Boyd, an Engineer and that's about it. They definitely don't have a PR department or comms department.

And does anyone really think a professional CEO like Boyd is going to dump shares in advance of 'bad news' in what some people here are calling insider trading? He's relatively young for a CEO and he'd struggle to get another gig anywhere after something like that came out (and it would - he's right up there in the top 20) and a holder who would have notify if he was selling.

I don't think this is the end of the world, but it's certainly not a positive event for VPR.
